Product Introduction

Pulse jet baghouse dust collector is a high-efficiency dry dust removal equipment. It uses filter bags to capture particulate dust in flue gas, and pulse air jet to automatically clean dust on the filter bag. It is widely applied in mining crushing plant, cement plant, metallurgy, quarry, chemical industry and other industries to control air pollution and meet environmental emission standards.

Working Principle

Dust-laden air enters the dust collector. Dust particles are trapped on the outer surface of filter bags. Clean air passes through filter bags and discharges. The pulse valve sprays compressed air periodically to blow off dust from bags, dust falls into hopper for collection.
