Essential Transport Equipment for Mines: The MATERIAL CART is the primary transport equipment for main roadways and working faces, designed to handle heavy loads safely and efficiently in underground mining operations.

Strict Maintenance Standards for Key Components: During operation, wheels, buffer springs, single-loop chains, three-loop chains, axle pins, and buffer heads must remain in good condition. Chain link and axle pin wear must not exceed 15% of original dimensions, and chain link pin bending must not exceed 10% of diameter. Cast steel buffer heads must be free of cracks, and buffer springs must not be broken or permanently deformed.

Smooth Running & Wheel Requirements: The material cart must run smoothly. The diameter difference between two treads of the same wheel pair must not exceed 2mm. On a flat track, the gap when one of the four main wheels does not contact the rail surface must not exceed 2mm; otherwise, operation must stop immediately for repair. Wheels must be crack-free, with remaining flange thickness no less than 13mm and remaining tread thickness no less than 7mm.

Regular Lubrication & Flexible Steering: Wheels should be greased once every two weeks, and new grease must force out the old grease. The steering device must be flexible and reliable, capable of rotating smoothly in both horizontal and vertical directions.
