Product Description

This 110kV class three-phase three-winding oil-immersed power transformer covers capacities from 6300 kVA to 63000 kVA, equipped with an off-circuit tap changer. The high-voltage side tap range is ±2×2.5%. It matches multiple voltage combinations: HV 110kV/115kV/121kV, MV 36kV/37kV/38.5kV, LV 6.3kV/6.6kV/10.5kV/21kV, and supports vector groups YNyn0d11 and YNd11y10, satisfying power distribution demands of complex multi-voltage grids.
Adopting high-permeability silicon steel sheets and optimized winding design, it realizes ultra-low no-load loss; the max capacity model achieves 39.4kW no-load loss and 243kW load loss. The longitudinal oil duct cooling system effectively cuts operating temperature and full-life energy consumption. Made of premium insulating materials with precise manufacturing, it owns outstanding short-circuit withstand and overload capacity.


Application conditions: ambient temperature -25℃ ~ +40℃, altitude below 1000m, max monthly average relative humidity 90% (at 20℃). It can be installed indoors or outdoors, widely used in substations, industrial mines and regional power distribution networks.
