Product Description

The mine car handling system is a core supporting equipment for hoisting and transportation in shafts (especially auxiliary shafts). It is mainly deployed at the shaft collar and bottom yard to achieve precise dispatching, loading/unloading, positioning, and locking of mine cars. It connects cage hoisting with underground rail transportation, serving as the "bottleneck" link in mine hoisting. It is widely used in coal and metal mines, featuring high safety, strong interlocking, and automation.

Core Components:

Car Pusher: The main equipment for pushing/pulling mine cars in and out of the cage. Common types include rack and pinion, chain, and wire rope styles; power sources are hydraulic or electric. Rack and pinion pushers are widely used in modern mines due to stable performance and low failure rates.

Cradle (Rocker): A tiltable transition platform that lowers after the cage arrives, connecting the cage track with the shaft collar/bottom track. Available in hydraulic, pneumatic, and manual versions, it is strictly interlocked with the safety gate.

Car Stopper: Ensures precise positioning of mine cars and prevents slipping. Divided into front stoppers (limiting position for loading) and rear stoppers (for train formation); driven by hydraulic/pneumatic/manual means.

Safety Gate (Cage Gate): Isolates the cage from the shaft to prevent personnel or mine cars from falling in; it must open only after the cradle is stable and the cage is accurately positioned. The hoist can only start after the gate is closed.

Central Power Station + Electrical Control System: Hydraulic/pneumatic stations provide power; the PLC electrical control system handles program control, limit/interlock protection, audio-visual alarms, and local/remote operation switching.
